Terms of Service
Last updated: July 21, 2026
These terms govern your use of Steady. We wrote them to be read, not to hide traps. By using the app you accept them; if you do not agree, please do not use the app.
1. Who we are
Steady is operated by EcomRules (Switzerland). Contact: info@ecomrules.com.
2. What Steady is (and what it is not)
Steady is a pelvic floor training program for men: guided exercises, phased progression, progress tracking. It is a wellness and training tool.
Steady is not a medical device, does not diagnose anything, and is not a substitute for a doctor. The information in the app is educational. If you have a medical condition, pain, sudden symptoms, or any doubt about your health, see a doctor. Never ignore medical advice because of something you read in Steady.
We are honest about timelines too: with consistent practice, first signs typically show in 4 to 8 weeks, full results in 3 to 6 months. Anyone promising miracles in a week is selling you something. Results vary from person to person and we do not guarantee any specific outcome.
3. Safety screening
Before you get a program, you complete a safety questionnaire. It cannot be skipped, and that is for your benefit: some exercises are not appropriate for certain conditions. Answering truthfully is your responsibility. If the screening adapts your path or suggests seeing a doctor, that routing exists to protect you.
One practical rule worth more than any clause: if an exercise hurts, stop. Pain is not part of the program.
4. Account and minimum age
You must be at least 18. Sign-in uses your email and a one-time code. You are responsible for keeping control of your email inbox: anyone with access to your email can access your account. Your account is personal and non-transferable.
You can request account deletion at any time. See the Privacy Policy for what happens to your data.
5. Plans and payments
Today Steady's features are free. When paid plans go live, these rules will apply:
- Payments will be handled by Stripe. We never see your card details.
- Your bank statement will show the neutral descriptor "STEADY".
- Prices will be shown clearly before you buy, taxes included where applicable. No hidden fees.
- Renewal: if your subscription auto-renews, you can cancel any time with effect from the next period. No phone calls, no forms.
- Withdrawal (EU consumers): you have 14 days to withdraw from a purchase. If you ask for immediate access to the digital content, you agree that the withdrawal right lapses once the service is fully performed, as the law provides.
6. Fair use
Please do not:
- use the app unlawfully or to harm others
- attempt to bypass security or access controls
- copy, resell or redistribute the program content
- decompile or reverse engineer the software beyond what the law permits
We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms, with notice except in cases of serious abuse.
7. Intellectual property
The software, texts, training program, design and brand belong to us or our licensors. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app. Your data remains yours: we claim no ownership over it.
8. Limitation of liability
We provide Steady "as is". We work hard to keep it reliable and available, but we cannot guarantee it will be free of errors or interruptions.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that the law does not allow to be excluded (for example for intent, gross negligence, or your non-waivable consumer rights).
Section 2 stands: the app is not a medical device, and doing the exercises is your responsibility, after truthful screening and while listening to your body.
9. Changes to the service and these terms
Steady evolves: we may add, change or retire features. If we change these terms in a substantial way, we will notify you in the app with reasonable notice. Continuing to use Steady after the changes take effect means you accept them; if you do not, you can close your account and, if you have an active paid subscription, request a pro-rated refund for the unused period.
10. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Swiss law. If you are a consumer, the mandatory protections and courts of your country of residence remain unaffected.
